THE QUESTION

Give our 350 leaders (from operational to strategic) a boost in their leadership, so that we are ready for the changes coming up in our company and especially in our Industry.

THE OBSTACLES

4 leadership layers, each with their own challenges. The traject must be in line with everyone’s learning objectives and learning wishes and at the same time the traject must have a number of recognizable similarities so that everyone also has a shared experience. 350 leaders from all over the country with very different challenges and needs.

OUR SOLUTION

Our starting point: Leadership is not learned by following. So a standard course where you follow different modules is excluded. We created a Dragon’s Den where every leader, starting at the top, did a pitch: what do I want to get out of the journey.

During the kickoff with an incredible boksclinic everyone shaped their own traject. In the Pitch they also chose which parts of Boost are the most interesting for their development and they indicate that. They followed this choice for a year and at the end they pitched their findings and concluded if they were successful.
