We have new corporate values. How do we make these values alive and kicking with our employees such that our customers will experience them?
A network of 21 offices spread throughout the country. If a customer has an incident, we will take off right away. Employees are not used to training programs which take an entire day.
A program that consists of:
• Three short Brain Boost sessions of two hours with storytelling, gamification and a lot of short activitities.
• A nationwide battle of three months in which employees played games about the new corporate values.
• An online social platform at which everyone could post the results of their games and which contained brain challenges.
