How do we increase revenue of a specific product?
Our shops do sell a lot of mobile devices with subscriptions, but almost none triple play services (landline, internet access, tv).
We know in the near future most sales will be a combination of subscriptions, so it is crucial we develop our sales skills for triple play.
A lot of franchise shops with a lot of different opinions and interests. Nationwide network of more than 200 shops. A small number of employees in each shop.
We designed a training of one day which focused on creating a burning platform for wanting to sell triple play products. We used our Trojan Horse quiz for this. We learned participants to smarten their timing of asking questions in their conversations and we introduced questions focusing on pain with the customer.
After this day we launched a learning incentive themed as Expeditie Robinson, a very popular tv show. The incentive rewarded on smart thinking, learning and output.
